we have 2x a strange behavior relating the RC calibration. A customer told us that he has an error after calibrating a Pixhawk 4 (with PX4 v 1.9.2) with Taranis X9D+. After the calibration process the error “Throttle not zero …” occurs and strange behavior on the PWM range on the other channels.
Maybe a coincidence, but we have something similar with a Pixhawk 4 Mini (PX4 v1.9.2) and a Graupner MZ24 (Sum-signal instead of S.Bus). Using QGroundcontrol and RC calibration, the lower endpoint of the throttle channel is recognized but not the upper endpoint. So, the calibration process can not continued. Was working fine with ArduCopter and previously with PX4 1.9.0.
Both cases are sounding a bit like the same basic problem but fully different hardware. The only similarities are in the firmware used and in both cases it is a change of firmware from ArduCopter to PX4 v1.9.2.
Does anybody have similar problems or is there any bug known? Please advice. Thanks!
