X500 quad losing altitude in mission survey

Hello everyone !

I am in trouble with my X500 from holybro and a Pixhawk 4 : during all my survey, my drone is losing altitude even whole mission altitude is set.

In the log bellow, you could see that set point altitude is set to 20m but the drone is losing altitude all flight long and is on the verge to crash at the end…

Do you have an explanation of this altitude losing ?

This issue happens even with DJI SPARK when the optical sensors at the bottom fail or GPS is not locked continously. Please check whether your downward sensors are working correctly. Also check what is the allowed margin of error in the software.
