So finally , everything is OK…
The issue "change batteries after every 1 min flight " does not happen.
However, the unexpected switching from offboard mode to AUTO.LAND mode still happens.

i think this is built into the PX4 firmware…I am not sure where i read it but in previous versions it used to be the same where after a mission is completed , the auto land option gets activated…Will this be an issue for your offboard mission
Yes, unexpected switching from offboard mode to AUTO.LAND mode causes an issue.
Since my mission is the drone should follow a target and gradually descend, unexpected switching from offboard mode to AUTO.LAND mode will interrupt the following mission and the drone suddenly land on the ground or descend to hit a moving platform.
Like the below picture:
The AUTO.LAND mode happens in the half way.
