Solid red light on Holybro Telemetry Radio v3

I tried to update the firmware on my telemetry radio (Holybro Telemetry Radio v3) on QGroundControl and now the radio has a solid red light and won’t connect with QGroundControl after unplugging and plugging back in. Is there a way I can fix this ?

I believe it’s in firmware update mode and won’t come out. According to:

Seems bizarre, but trying another usb port on my laptop let QGroundControl recognize it, and it completed the firmware update and the telem radio is back to normal. Even though I had been unplugging and plugging it back in on the other port.
