Hello,
Yesterday I was flying a fixed wing using PX4/Cube Orange, and on my third flight of the day my aircraft completely cut all outputs from the Pixhawk because the safety switch was activated mid-flight and crashed. After looking at the the actual button (Here + GPS) it seems that this was not a hardware based failure, but I would appreciate if anyone could take a look at my logs or share any experience with this sort of an issue.
