Recommend for the best configuration

I would like to seek your advice regarding the hardware and OS selection for using PX4.

What would you recommend if we have no budget constraints? I am considering purchasing the Pixhawk 6 Pro and using a Jetson running Linux. Do you think this is the optimal choice?

What factors should I take into account? Currently, my primary consideration is ensuring the best compatibility.

Additionally, should I use Docker if I choose Linux? If so, could you please explain the benefits?

This is in the eye of the beholder. I am not going to say what is the best, but your options are

If you buy all the components you need from the same spot you increase the likelihood of compatibility. You CAN mix and match, but if you are worried about compatibility then dont as manufacturers test their components together more often.

Should you use docker if you use linux: depends on your use case. if you do then whatever application you write is more portable from system to system and you dont have to worry about onboard compatibility issues. We use docker a lot…so short answer is yes

Also, can I ask if using PX4 is better than using Ardupilot and why?
