RC Passthrough not working in PX4 firmware 1.12.3?

Hi. After upgrading the firmware from 1.11.3 to 1.12.3 (stable) on several drones, the RC passthrough no longer works. I see there were several source code changes made to actuator controls, but I can’t seem to find the settings to rectify this.

All is still fine on the drones I have not yet upgraded. I am flying a fleet of QAV 250s from Holybro and operate peripherals using AUX 1 and 2 via my r/c transmitter.

OK - I finally figured it out… The RC passthrough worked when the drone was disarmed in 1.11.3. In firmware 1.12.3, the motors must be armed before the passthrough works. Problem solved.
