I am new to the group and the technology.
I’m researching the use of open-source flight-control software in highly regulated or government-related environments, and I would like to better understand PX4’s position and technical limitations in this area.
Specifically, I am interested in:

Any restrictions or policies from the PX4 community or governing organizations around how the software may be used

Technical considerations or limitations when deploying PX4 in environments requiring high reliability, safety, or certification
I am not asking for help to weaponize PX4 or create military systems. My goal is to understand the governance, policies, and constraints that apply when working with PX4 in strictly regulated sectors.
