Px4- QGC - Cube Orange - Herelink - parameters for tuning Ailerons & Ruddervators

I have a certain issue where i need to understand how to slow the response for my Mini Talon Fixed wing Ailerons and V-Tail ruddervators in the parameters section of the QGC .
Do you have any idea on which P.I.D parameter should I set to slow down the response of the control surfaces as I feel currently the default values are moving extremely fast !! I want to set the parameters in the MANUAL Flight mode
