PX4 Firmware Build Failing

Hi I am trying to compile the firmware on windows 10 using the method shown here, however whenever I use make “px4_fmu-v5_default” a pop up occurs telling me a file, “dirname.exe” was unable to start correctly, error 0xC0000142. any help with this would be appreciated thanks!
