LPE based Position Control Troubleshooting (PX4FLOW)

I am getting POSITION CONTROL REJECTED when I try to switch from manual mode to position control. What is the best way to troubleshoot the LPE (PX4Flow / Lidar Lite 3)?
Is there a way to get the “lpe flow init”, “lpe lidar init”, “lpe flow timeout” states recorded in the flight log?
