Loss of thrust mid flight

My setup uses PX4 on a Pixhawk. The quadcopter weighs 1.5 kg. I am currently facing an issue: after about 2 minutes of flight, the drone starts descending even at maximum throttle. When I attempt to arm and fly again, the same behavior occurs, but more frequently.

I collected data from the SD card and plotted it. It appears that despite the PWM increasing, the drone continues to descend.

Could this be a motor or ESC issue? I have attached logs from two such runs. Any help is appreciated.

Without having looked at the logs, this sounds like a battery draining, or esc/motor overheating issue.
