My project need the long range communication between drone and GCS and the drone should send the real time video to the gcs and some data transmission between them. I want to know what type of communication components should I use and there are two drones flying in 30 hectares land and doing some tasks and the drones are flying about 15 to 20 meters. so please suggest the required components.

what do you consider long range?
There are radio systems out there that can do 15km or even 30km (open range) for both video and telemetry. - But those are useless if you are in a country where such radios are prohibited by law.
Another option is to use a mini computer, attached to flight controller for telemetry. Then connecting a camera to mini computer and using a wireless broadband device for transmission of signal. This allows to operate anywhere where mobile phone reception is available. - In theory that way a drone could be flown from the other side of the world.
Then there is the option of using something like the Starlink internet system which also operates around the world.
As you can see there are many options. All depending on many things like, purpose, size, money, weight,…
The project is mainly for disaster management where internet is not available. could you please suggest based on this condition. I am ok with the 1km range with strong communication.
I would make a list of legal restrictions in your country, but also requirements in regards to technology.
Some examples:
- Flying daytime only? Or is night flying also required?
- Flying in windy conditions?
- Flying in rain?
- Should anyone be able to fly or only trained and qualified operator?
- Required flight time?
- Will regular camera do, or is a thermal imaging camera required?
- What is the budget for project?
