How to calculate the Lever arm effects on GPS measurements

Hello Everyone!

My GPS antenna has an offset with my small drone Center of gravity as given under:

The position of the GPS1 antenna in body axes relative to the vehicle’s CG in meter is [-0.0745 -0.003 -0.19]

How can I calculate the lever arm effect on my GPS position and velocity measurements?

are the parameters to set - no manual calculations needed.

Thank you . But I need to understand the how this correction is applied by different autopilots not only by PX4. Is there any literature available to help me?
