Hi! I have a GPS that is plugged into one of my CAN ports. However, hos do I know if my drone is using the accerlometer and other sensors from the external GPS?
I read in the docs that
["GPS configuration on Pixhawk is handled transparently for the user - simply connect the GPS module to the port labeled GPS and everything should work.

The default [Serial Port Configuration] works for most devices. If you are using the Trimble MB-Two you will need to modify the configuration to explicitly set the rate to 115200 baud"](GPS & Compass | PX4 User Guide (v1.14))
However, if my external GPS is CAN, how do I know that I am utilizing it if it is not plugged into a serial port?
