HIL is not working

Hello, dear community.
I followed these instructions to run pixhawk HIL, but got this Tx queue overflow message and didn’t connect to QGC. I have tried to fix it according to this post but neither is working.

PX4 Firmware 1.13
Ubuntu 18.04
QGC 4.2.4
ROS Melodic

Hi OP/ whoever is reading this in the future, do a make clean and then a make distclean and try to rebuild it again.

I had this error and it was fixed by rebuilding everything. Try it with the latest QGC version too.
