I wasn’t able to solve the problem with 1.14,
I downgraded to 1.13 and posted a guide here: Serial Comms - Jetson Nano & PX4-6C/ Hardware Configuration Instructions - Serial Communication between Jetson Nano and PX4-6C flight controller
which is working for me well now.
