ESC connection problem

I’ve a problem to connect with Pixhawk and 4 escs(40a and no brand), but although installing the quad firmware and connect the esc pins (-, + and data), there is no respond, then I also calibrate step by step, it doesn’t respond. There is a drone jammer near my apartment, is there is a main problem.
