Drone built with pixhawk 6c using a battery of 3s-5000 mAh flied for only 4 mins

Hi , my drone built with pixhawk 6c using a battery of 3s-5000 mAh flied for only 4 mins . It had drained all the battery. Log file link - https://review.px4.io/plot_app?log=456ab182-310e-4409-9578-5d0988c3cb82

I flied similar drones (same frame ) and it lasted for 8-9 mins before. Please tell me the problems regarding the large current consumption in the new flights.

The flight looks quite smooth. Did you verify the battery voltage measured? Is the battery actually emptyish or did the warning just trigger quite early.

We put a lipo battery checker connected to the battery while flying. We can see the battery drops from 12.5v to 11v in 4mins or less.

Is there any other test or improvement I can do?

I would have a read through this:

Maybe some tuning is needed, I can see some overshoots both in attitude and altitude, that could affect battery efficiency.

If you can explain the differences between the drones, it might help us understand where the change in flight time comes from.
