Difference between a copter frame X and H

Hello together,
today I have a question regarding different copter frames.
At the AdruCopter I could choose between a “X” frame and a “H” frame.
The copter part of a VTOL which I am building at the moment is more similar to the “H” type.
On the PX4 - QGroundControl I could only select the “X” frame.
So my question is if there is a big difference between “X” and “H” which I should take care during the setup and first flight?
