Designing PX4 autopilot FMUv6 or FMUv6RT from scratch

In short i am looking for design files for an FMUv6 or FMUv6RT like this ( Hardware/FMUv3_REV_D at master · pixhawk/Hardware · GitHub ).

I want to make a px4 supported flight controller from scratch, I searched for design files to refer from but couldn’t find any, i later want to build my own circuit.

Does anyone have any start guidelines on how should i go about this?
