Critical Failsafe activated: Autopilot disengaged

I am publishing at /mavros/setpoint_position/local at 50Hz. I have no data link lose no RC lose as soon vehicle armed and takeoff offboard switching to position and offboard rapidly
QGC shows Failsafe activated, but no such failsafe exists.

What is your position source? I don’t see GPS.

I am using kitware SLAM to feed local position. it is running on my onboard computer

Ok, and you have RC connected or not?

Have you checked the param: COM_RCL_EXCEPT?
