Controlling servo during mission or mavlink command

hi
im using generic quadcopter air frame with servo connected to aux 1 controlled by rc channel .
i wanted to know if there is possibility to operate this servo during mission automatically (do set servo ? )
or mavlink command that can be send from ground control without using rc .

Have you tried the command MAV_CMD_DO_SET_ACTUATOR?
