Control Group (UORB Reference and Dev Guide Numbering)

Hello, hope every one is having a good day.

With regards to the UORB reference for Actuator Controls, does “actuator_controls_2” refer to control group #2 (gimbal) or control group #3 (manual pass through) (reference; PX4 Dev Guide)?

and just to confirm again the control group numbering in the Dev Guide carries straight across into the .mixer files?

Thanks,
Phoenix

Update,

So I have a custom payload application that I manual start, that sets;

(actuator_controls_3) actuator.control[0] = manual_sp.z;

This should set control group #6 1st channel (0) to the throttle value. Since I was unsure exactly what control group i was communicating with, i enable a custom mixer to output the following;

M: 1
O: 10000 10000 0 -10000 10000
S: 0 3 0 20000 -10000 -10000 10000

testers

M: 1
O: 10000 10000 0 -10000 10000
S: 3 0 0 20000 -10000 -10000 10000

M: 1
O: 10000 10000 0 -10000 10000
S: 4 0 0 20000 -10000 -10000 10000

M: 1
O: 10000 10000 0 -10000 10000
S: 6 0 0 20000 -10000 -10000 10000

now the first one is the standard throttle which functioned normally, however I had throttle readings on all 3 of the other outputs when the custom application was active. Is there a reason why this is happening?

the next problem is when the custom application is not active, these 3 output all output a roll response from the transmitter (as in the value changes when the user moves the roll control stick) any thoughts on this?
