Autopilot without transmitter and receiver

i am using pixhawk 4 .i do everything calibrated except radio and flight mode calibration so the flight is armed then i use virtual joistic rotate the throttle and elevators but now my problem is how do a autopilot mode without transmitter and receiver . how can i fly it please tell me any one step by step process
