About the MAVSDK connect with Drone

i created my own frontend to show all the drone telemtry data and later i tried with jmavsimulation and data is coming to my front-end now i want to try with my drone can any one help me how to get data through ports to mavsdk server so that i can get data to grpc bridge and reflect it in my front end.
