I’m using Siyi ZR30 with RPi for simple tracking. But when I zoom in the camera, the gimbal seem to be not able to compensate the vibration of drone. And when I check by code, I found the gimbal respond my control command after 150 ms. What is the problem with me ?
Sounds like a question to ask SIYI. Hard to say as we don’t know the source code that’s running.

Yes, agree. Best to ask SIYI,
I have a ZR10, but use mostly their app to control it.
Also know it’s important to have latest firmware installed, as there been some changes since that camera was released.

This actually sounds like a fundamental hardware/SIYI control problem.
Have you calibrated gyros as per camera instructions?
In manual docs of ZR30 I can’t find any instruction for calibrated gyro. Where I can find these instructions ?
