I’m tuning custom multi-rotors running PX4 for inspection missions.
When reviewing flight logs, vibration readings vary a lot across different brushless motor sets with identical frames and propellers.I’d like to ask experienced builders:
- What vibration RMS value do you consider safe for long-term stable flight without PID drift?
- Can minor motor rotor imbalance alone push vibration logs over the ideal range, even with good vibration dampers?
