Uxrce_dds_client failed to create entities

Hello,
I am running a serial connection between a Pixhawk 4 and a Raspberry Pi. For some reason the client doesn’t start automatically when the pixhawk turns on but when I start it manually it posts the following errors stating that it couldnt create the topics.


Any help is appreciated.

Additional log showing that it connects initially, then shuts itself down. Upon restarting the errors appear.
