Replace the FM25V01 by FM25V01-A

Hi all,
We have a issue with replacement F-RAM version for Pixhawk type controller.

  1. If it compatible to use the FM25V01-A instead FM25V01?
  2. Where is the definition for F-RAM type in the Firmware code?
