PX4 without GPS or external positioning

Hi

I’m new to PX4 and I’m trying to develop a drone without GPS or external positioning systems (like motion capture or optical flow). I only have a single upward-facing camera for a missile-style school project, and I’m trying to figure out how to make it work indoors without GPS or motion-capture/optical-flow. I control the drone using only VelocityBodyYawspeed, and I have a companion computer running an AI that detects balloons and pops them. my question is, Is it possible to do that without gps / mocap / optical flow / vio?
