PX4 large quad uncontrolled runaway

Hi,

First post here. I had an incident last year where my large quad failed to go into POS hold mode and went directly to loiter and climbed about 150 meters straight up. I had no control through the radio at the this time. I am no expert in deciphering the log files and was hopeful someone can take a quick look for something obvious.

The previous flight to this incident was trouble free and no changes were made.

Can you go into more detail on this. What do you mean it failed to go into position? Did you enter this mode but it went straight to loiter

Give as much as possible so its easier to debug

I think we need to check if MPC_HOVER_THR value is not too high.
