Announcements
- NuttX upgraded to 12.12.0 on PX4 via #26215 (thanks to @PetervdPerk-NXP and all the others who contributed ). First bump in ~3 years. Highlights: I3C support, RPmsg for heterogeneous MCUs, GDBStub over serial/ethernet, improved C/C++ atomics, network stack improvements, optional runtime stack checking on IRQ/context switch, and better RISC-V/Xtensa support.

Updates:
- Flight test team has done the rounds of flight tests prior to rc release. The next round of flight tests will be started from when v1.18-rc1 tag is cut (maybe some time next week).
- There are couple of cherry-picks and small issues here and there need to be addressed before rc1 is cut (which should be soon) .
- The release note might also be updated as well.
