Offboard fixed wing position control

I am trying to use v1.9.0 for a HIL simulation and integrating my own controls into pixhawk.

But, the problem is that i cannot get to move my servos with V1.9.0 . With V1.11.0 it works fine.
Any suggestions?? Urgent

hi, can you show me the command taht you sent to controll roll pitch and yaw in a fixed wing?
