Octocopter motors wont turn off with reeiver disconnected

I recently made an octocopter and when i turn off the radio and disconnect the receiver the motors progressively runs up to full speed instead of staying off. I habe disabled the fail safe on the throttle and so i dont understand why my pixhawk flight controller is making the motors spin up to full speed.

Which failsafe action did you set for RC loss and which flight mode were you in?
