Multi standard_vtol are unstable in gazebo

when i simulate multi vtol typing “~/PX4-Autopilot./Tools/gazebo_sitl_multiple_run.sh -m standard_vtol”, they are unstable. They were shaking and spinnig. Of course, they aren’t armed.

But, In the same way, the multi-multicopter(iris=default) is stable.
What is problem?..
