Motor spins up to any set value PWM_AUX_MAX

Working on DC10 quad on pix32v5 by holybro with Hobbywing XRotor Pro 40A
So when i arm motor spins up to any set value PWM_AUX_MAX
4 month have past

Pls looking for solution!
