I am trying out the new Skydroid C11 gimble camera for mapping and I am unable to geotag the images using QGC. When starting the tagging process, QGC starts to write the new image file but does not stop writing until the program hangs. When using the same ULG file with an image taken at the same time with a DJI Action camera, the geotagging works.
I can only assume either the Skydroid image file is missing metadata or it contains incorrect metadata. Does anyone know what metadata QGC requires to geotag an image, your help would be greatly appreciated?
Attached is the log file together with a DJI image that works and the Skydroid image that does not.
