- Senior UAV Flight Control Engineer
Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the underlying development of heavy-lift cargo UAV flight control systems, conduct secondary development based on open-source frameworks (PX4/ArduPilot, etc.), and customize firmware for heavy-lift transportation scenarios;

Optimize core algorithms including attitude control, positioning & navigation, load anti-swing and fault redundancy protection to ensure flight stability and safety under heavy load;

Lead the adaptation and debugging of flight control core boards and sensors (IMU/RTK, etc.), coordinate joint debugging with the UAV power system and cargo lifting system, and solve technical problems in assembly and testing;

Output flight control technical documents to support mass production and continuous product optimization.
Job Requirements

Rich years of experience in UAV flight control development, priority given to candidates with project implementation cases of heavy-lift/industrial UAV flight control;

Proficient in C/C++ and embedded development, familiar with STM32 series main control chips, and master core algorithms such as PID and Kalman Filter;

Capable of independent secondary development and firmware debugging of open-source flight control, priority given to those familiar with flight control adaptation logic for heavy-lift scenarios;

Strong problem-solving ability, able to cooperate with UAV assembly to promote technical implementation.

UAV Structure Engineer (Frame R&D, Heavy-Lift Direction)
Job Responsibilities

Focus on the R&D and design of heavy-lift cargo UAV frames, balance load-bearing performance, lightweight design and shock resistance to meet the core needs of cargo transportation scenarios;

Responsible for frame material selection (carbon fiber/high-strength alloy, etc.), structural simulation analysis, drawing design and assembly process optimization;

Follow up frame prototyping, testing and iteration, solve structural problems such as load deformation, vibration and overall UAV compatibility;
-
Cooperate with flight control and power teams to ensure frame compatibility with all subsystems and support safe transportation of heavy-lift cargo.
Job Requirements

Rich years of experience in UAV structure design, with heavy-lift UAV frame R&D cases, familiar with structural mechanics design for heavy load;

Proficient in design software such as CAD/SolidWorks, capable of independent frame drawing design and simulation analysis;

Understand characteristics of common frame materials (carbon fiber, high-strength metal, etc.), familiar with processing technology and cost control;

Able to connect with production and assembly, solve structural problems in frame mass production and practical application.
