Digital servo working frequency

My fixed-wing airplane uses KST X10 servos which have 333Hz working frequency. What frame rate should I use for them? The options for PWM are 50, 100, 200 and 400Hz. The most logical for me would be 400Hz but there is also the option to force 333Hz in the PWM_AUX_TIM0 parameter for example. What is the most ideal solution?
