I would like to know if it is possible to connect my embedded board to the pixhawk trought Serial or I2C.
I would like to use this board like a joystick to drive my UAV like the ground station.

It’s possible to connect via serial or I2C, yes.
You could for instance communicate using the MAVLink protocol.
