Hello, Does anyone know about collision avoidance project/modules that might already exist, or are on-going to the PX4? I particularly interested of a 360 lidar solution. Also, how hard do you think its to integrate such solution into the code?

You could try to re-use the existing RP-Lidar code from the ArduPilot software.

What about scanning Lidar? that becomes much more affordable and probably can be used with current HW

You can try this thing with offboard mode using an onboard computer.
