Hi.
Sorry for picture - my VTOL is after crash. :disappointed_relieved:
I think it was problem in gravity center.
Am I right for this picture?

According to the manual, “the center of gravity of X - 8 is 440 mm from the nose”. You have to balance it at that point with all your conversion components fully assembled and the battery installed.
