Altitude hold mode takeoff

Hi everyone,

I took a flight today to test my quad vibration and oscillations by looking the log generated. I think it was a good flight but after landing i pull the swithc down to disarm the vehicle unfortunately the vehicle didnt disarm continuously stays in arm mode propellers were turning. After looking the flight log i saw two takeoff and two landing detected but only one happened both of them. Could you pls help me with this problem also could you pls comment on my vibrations and oscillations is it good or bad ?
