Vehicle armed but motors not moving

Hello,

Im trying to use a raspberry pi as a companion computer with a pixhawk. I have connected the two together using mavros and I am able to arm the pixhawk, however the motors won’t move either when it is armed or after sending commands to it.

I using the offboard example from https://docs.px4.io/master/en/ros/mavros_offboard.html

any ideas at what might be wrong
