UPAIR Installed QGroundControl v.3.5.5 Unknown USB Device

I wired up a USB and connected to the leg port on my UPAIR 1 plus drone. (Board reads UpAir2 PX4 V1.2.0)

When I connect to my computer device manage indicates that its an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

I was under the impression that QGroundControl 3.5.5 would have the driver.
Do I need to get the driver elsewhere?
Or is it possible I wired this up wrong somehow.
I would think if I wired it up wrong the computer would recognize nothing.

Any thoughts/suggestions? Is there somewhere I can get the driver for this board? Do I need to investigate whether I wired this wrong?

I don’t know the answer to your question unfortunately but I was just wondering whether you had the pinouts to create the usb cable ? Thanks carl
