RTL does not work

Hi all!

I am preparing to install Pixhawk to my ranger but trying first on my buggy (Rover).

All looks good except RTL in case of RC signal loss does not work. QGroudnContorl detects RC signal loss, it says RTL but nothing happens except servo (steering) is moving. Motor does not start.

Reverse is fine as Rover is doing way points as its supposed to do!

Any help appreciated.
