Hi there. I was looking for a possibility to recover the last connected link in case QGC App gets closed or crashes. I know, that the CommLinks have an auto connect option but that’s not exactly what I’m looking for.
Imho a simple reconnect would also not solve the problem at all. QGC also needs to “cache” the drone parameters, so that it’s not necessary to download them again on reconnect. The connection and control should be regained as fast as possible.
Did anyone came across something like this topic before? I’m not familiar with the QGC software architecture, only peeked in some specific parts… How much effort is required to implement such a fast recovery feature?
