PX4Flow bootloader burning question

Dear all,
I saw px4flow module has a 10-pin JTAG port, and presumably it is used for burning bootloader. My question is that, can I use a 4-pin SWD dongle to achieve this purpose, or else I must use JTAG mode.

Its in fact only supporting SWD and you should follow the normal ARM MINI pinout.

Thanks for the reply. I do not have ARM mini port dongle at hand, so as alternative, can I unsolder the already-existing ARM mini port on the PX4Flow module, and only solder SWD pins (SWDCLK SWDIO VREF GND) on pads, using our customed wires?
Besides, if SWD is supported only, why does the module use ARM mini port? That confuses me.
