PX4 Autopilot Gazebo Classic Simulation in Ubuntu 22.04

Hi Everyone, I am fairly new to ROS and Gazebo. I am trying to use PX4 Autopilot quad copter and rover in a multi robot simulation.
According to the documentation, I should use Ubuntu 20.04 for Gazebo classic. However, I am wondering if I can use Ubuntu 22.04?
The reason for using Gazebo classic is that the rover is supported in it.
